Senior night is one of the biggest nights for Southeast football. September 30th is the night most senior boys have been looking forward to since freshman year. This is the night that they and their parents get honored for their last season as high school football players.
This is a tradition that is carried on every year, and both the team and their parents look forward to thanking their parents for support and to recognize their growth over the last 4 years.
“I think the parents value senior night to see how their athlete has developed over the years and it’s one big thank you to the moms and dads,” said senior defensive end Isaak Wilson.

Wilson who was injured in the Southeast vs Southwest game, has been out since September 2nd with a foot injury. He will not be playing in the senior game, and all he wishes is to be on the field with his team.
“I have spent so much time with all these guys and all I want to do is step on the field with them one more time,” said Wilson. “They are a very special group and I am honored to be able to call them brothers.”
Although it’ll be a tough night for Wilson, his injury has done nothing but pushed him to do better.
“Being injured has nothing But motivated me to come back bigger and stronger. It also is a big setback but I have no doubt my senior football career is not yet over. “
